•Job description Asseco SEE Turkey is looking for an Operation Support Specialist whom will oversee operations and administration of company applications used in Payment Gateway projects. Main accountabilities: • Completing the integration process and giving technical services to customers related Virtual POS by using all the resources (Support system, e-mail & phone). • Preparing the needed reports within the company, for banks and customers. • Fulfilling the testing requests which comes from Asseco’s other departments. • Support the payment gateway outsource / license products, • Coordinate support efforts with the other departments • Monitoring production environments 7/24
