Maintenance of IT systems inside the company and at the clients inside ASEE country. Management according to standards developed in ASEE and IT best practice. Ensuring the end users are fully functional, operational and optimized. Main accountabilities: •Managing internal user’s computer and software system / supporting internal users / •Monitoring the infrastructure and implementing necessary changes for optimal operations according to the change management procedures. •Participate in planning and coordinate the implementation of new or changed features of the company IT systems to ensure better performances and fulfil internal customer requirements. •Ensuring smooth operation of office systems such as UPS, generators, air conditioning.
