o Experience in machine learning techniques applied to dialog management and natural language understanding problems, such as entity extraction and linking, semantic parsing, and conversation analysis
o Experience and Interest in Chatbots, NLP, NLG, Speech (ASR, TTS) or Entity Recognition technologies is a plus.
o Must have proficiency in Natural Language processing packages such as NLTK, Spacy, Gensim, OpenNLP, CoreNLP, etc.
o Must have experience in Deep Learning algorithms using at least one of Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch etc
o Knowledge of Social platforms APIs (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp etc.) preferred.
o Experience in working with any AI/NLP platform (DialogFlow/ Alexa/ Converse.ai/ Amazon Lex etc.) for building chatbots
o Understanding of conversational UI, voiced based processing (text to speech, speech to text) and voice apps built on Amazon Alexa, Google Home etc. is a plus.

What You Will DO
- Understanding the end users requirement and translating the requirement into a business requirement document for the Chatbot development or implementation.
- Developing chatbot queries and responses model based on the uses input in the form of chatbot consumable format.
- Transforming the user requirement into the Chabot flow and design appropriate module for training and integration to user interface.
- Create NLP modules to enhance the chatbot development process and improve the accuracy of the Chatbot.
- Developing and fine - tuning machine learning algorithm to improve chatbot engine accuracy and speed.
- Design, implement and maintain libraries, and develop new algorithms and services for:
- Deep-learning Chatbots and dialog modeling
- Intent detection, Query Parsing, Semantic mapping
- Named Entity Extraction, Language Detection
- Emotion/Sentiment Prediction
- Keyword and Topic Extraction
- Creation of test plan, test cases and testing chatbot responses using various tools such as selenium.
