YGA, 2000 yılında Türkiye’de kurulan kar amacı gütmeyen uluslararası bir kuruluştur. YGA, Çift kanatlı olarak tanımladığımız, vicdanlı ve donanımlı gençler yetiştirir. İçinde yaşadıkları toplumun sorunlarına duyarlı YGA’lılar; bu sorunların çözümüne yönelik dünya çapında inovasyonlar geliştirirler. Sadece inovasyonları ile değil, bunları hayata geçirirken yarattıkları birlikte başarma kültürü ile de rol model olurlar. Dünya çapında ödüller almış bu projelerde görev alacak “egosu küçük, kalbi büyük, zihni berrak, adımları hızlı” takım arkadaşlarımızı arıyoruz.

Genel Nitelikler

We'll expect you to:

• Have foundational knowledge of marketing, operational concepts and business development


• Have an interest in the B2B technology landscape


• Be eager to jump in and get things done in a dynamic and often changing environment


• Juggle multiple projects at the same time


• Have excellent written and oral communication skills (Both in Turkish & English)


• Be highly ambitious, curious, and passionate about your work


• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events


• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives


• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns


• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities


• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met


• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums


• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

İş Tanımı

Poi Labs is a technology start-up mainly focusing on location based solutions and our office is located in ITU ARI 6 Teknokent. 

As a sales and marketing specialist, you'll conduct market research to help us identify opportunities where our products can disrupt the market. You'll meet with customers, learn what makes them successful with our tools, and then write about it on our public blog. In addition, you will create content for our website, launch e-mail campaigns and publish use cases.

An experience with us will provide you with a strong baseline of knowledge for all areas of product marketing including competitive analysis, growth, campaigns, product launches, content strategy, customer marketing and the opportunity to collaborate with our product team.
